We provide all Optimum Document Services customers with a contact number to access our Help Desk.
Telephone support is available during our normal business hours of 0800 to 1700 Eastern time.
Customers calling after business hours can leave a message in the specified support mailbox. The
voice-mail is checked on an on-going basis throughout the day. Email support is also available
from within the Optimumâ„¢ online application using the support tab. We encourage all customers
to email us using this method. Alternatively, all customers can contact Optimum Document Services
using the following email address: support@optimumdocument.com.
Incoming email from customers arrives at the help-desk, and emails received during normal business
hours will be responded to within the same day.
